Dingda McCannon is a mixed-media artist from Harlem, NY and is renowned for celebrating the daily life and histories of Black women through her artwork. Students in this class will learn how to convey emotion and meaning through composition, color, and subject, and will leave with their own replica of this famous abstract piece of art.
