    In this watercolor class, students will paint their own wildflower-filled landscape. This painting is composed of a glorious scene of poppies, lupine, and other spring flowers.     This month in our watercolor class, we will be painting Katsushika Hokusai's famous artwork The Great Wave. Students will learn how to paint the bold colors and unique styles in this famous Japanese artwork, using foundational watercolor technique. At the end of this class, each student will have their own version of one of the most iconic artworks in the world. This class includes step-by-step guidance and is suitable for all levels of artist.

  • Wednesday, July 1. 10:00 am - 11:00 am Join us for a guided tour of the Lake Mansion, built in 1877. Learn about the history and architecture of the Lake Mansion, as well as its significance in the history of the City of Reno. Your guide, courtesy of the Historic Reno Preservation Society, will take you on a trip to the past and enhance your knowledge of local history.
