    In this workshop, students will learn to make beautifully ornate paper luminaries! Through precise cutting with x-acto blades, you will explore patterns and shapes to create your theme for your luminaries.   • Haunted Night at the Mansion 2025: Mask-Making Workshop

    Join us for a FREE mask-making workshop included with the purchase of your Haunted Night at the Mansion ticket! You are welcome to drop in anytime between 2:00pm and 6:00pm to craft your mask, being as detailed or minimal as you'd like. Each attendee will receive one blank mask to decorate on site (or at home with your own materials). The materials we will provide in this workshop are below:

    • Paint as a base or detail
    • Hot glue to create raised/embossed details
    • Rhinestones to embellish
    • Filigree trim to border
    • Glitter to make your masks pop
    • Feathers to create movement
    The provided materials above are simple but will allow for unique and beautiful customization of masquerade-style masks. Guests are encouraged to bring their own supplies and materials if there is a specific theme or look in mind that our provided materials do not achieve. Guests are also welcome to grab a mask and bring it home to decorate at their leisure.
    To participate in this workshop, you MUST be a guest of our Haunted Night Fundraiser. Please register for this workshop with the same name provided with your Haunted Night Purchase, and notify us of any guests who will also be attending the workshop. Each guest is limited to one mask for this workshop.

  • Collage Your Pet

    In this class, students will create art of your favorite furry friend on canvas! This workshop will work with several artistic mediums; we will use acrylic paints, specialty papers, paper punchers, and more to create a finely detailed collage of your pet.     Join us for another Acrylic Painting Class! For Black History Month, we are highlighting Lillian Thomas Burwell, a prominent painter and sculptor renowned for her use of abstraction in her artwork. Her painting "Joy" showcases this interest in the abstract, while also conveying serenity through organic shapes and brushstrokes. Students in this class will learn basics of color mixing in this almost monochrome palette, as well as how to use a reference photo to replicate images on canvas. Each student will leave with a completed 16x20 painting on canvas, ready to hang at home. This class is suitable for all levels of acrylic artist.
